  Elharrar Gad managing the Elgad Agro-system acquired a wide and strong experience in agriculture and farming management (20 years as kibbutz  Nir Am member) as grower of main extensive crops (wheat-cotton-sunflower-sugarbeet) or (potatoes-onions-melon and watermelon) as well as kiboutz economy manager

 Active  (10 years in 2 worldwide leader Fertilizers company: Norsk Hydro and Haifa  Chemicals as product,sales and marketing manager.) and involve in irrigation and fertigation system, combine both field practice in micro and macro aspesrsion and trained in Mashav , Cinadco (foreign ministry) and Tahal as expert or as consultant in market survey for irrigation                                                                                            

  The activity covered different markets (more than 50 country ) and agriculture types: from the intensive indoor greenhouses in soil and soil less media (Holland, France, UK, Russia ,Ukraina, Japan ,Spain)  to the  semi arid country and outdoor crops (Egypt ,Chile ,Israel ,China ,Mexico) , Mediterranean  country  like (Italy ,Greece ,Marocco ,Turkey ,Cyprus..) or  tropical zone like ( Thailand ,India , Philippines ,Honduras,Brazil,Caraibes)  or in Africa (Congo RDC ,Ivoary Coast,Kenya.Botswana.Benin,Ethiopia…..)   

 For both of them the focus is on water and nutrients management  taking in consideration agro-economical  factors (cost-income-net back) as a basis of decision .                       

During this  periods has developped 7 expert system software covering the following topics:    irrigation ,nutrition ,plant protection , farm-economy  ,soil less nutrition , liquid fertilizers ,control release fertilizers and precision Agriculture management.
